About Applied Real Estate Inspections
Applied Real Estate Inspections is certified and or licensed to perform Mold Inspections, Bacterial Assessments or Bio-screens, Radon Testing, Allergen Testing, Infra-red Thermal Imaging, and Santa Cruz Swimming Pool Enclosure Certification.
Our owner, Holland Woolley, is currently a trainer for the Environmental Solutions Association and also a trainer for the Environmental Protections Agency, EPA, RRP Lead Based Paint laws. In short, we train the other guys.
Our Laboratories are certified by the American Industrial Hygiene Association, (AIHA). They also must be certified by Microbiology Laboratory Accredidation Program, (MLAP). We automatically get our samples back next day by 2:00. NO RUSH FEES NEEDED. This takes the other guys 24-36 hours.
Our reports provide full color documentation of all areas tested. The report is 20 to 30 pages depending on tests sampled and complies with American Congress of Governmental Industrial Hygienists, (ACGIH).
Along with testing we provide a full remediation protocol including the steps needed to effectively and safely correct your mold problem, when applicable.
We also work with you and/or remediators on your behalf to make sure remediation steps are followed correctly and the problem is gone.
Scheduling usually only takes 24-48hours.
