& Fees ARE Inspections offers various inspection and testing services to cover all of your indoor environmental concerns. We can assist you with mold, allergen, volatile organic compounds (VOC's), well water and bacterial inspections and testing. Holland is also a certified, (ITC) Level One Thermagrapher and offer infra-red thermal imaging inspections. The following inspections are offered: Mold Inspections: Initial inspections with protocols by CIH, Certified Industrial Hygienist Viable and Non-viable air, physical and bulk samples Clearance testing Allergens: Cat, dog, dust mites, cockroaches. VOC's: Co, Co2, Formaldehyde, Mycotoxins Bacteria: Eccoli, Legionella, Coliforms Well Water: Bacteria, pesticides, PH, Total dissolved solids Thermography: Construction defects, leak detection, electrical We also offer certified home inspections. All reports meet or exceed ASHI standards of practice. Ask about ERMI, Environmental Relative Moldiness Index. This is set forth by the EPA, Environmental Protection Agency. This will tell us how moldy your potential purchase is compared to thousands of structure sampled by the EPA. The inspection fees vary slightly depending on the size and age of the house. A full home inspection of a typical 2000 square foot house is $325.00 A full property inspection, for mold, of a typical 2000 square foot home is $300. Air,physical, carpet and wall cavity samples are $125ea. Mold Testing is available, and strongly encouraged,for a limited time we are offering free mold inspections with home inspections. Sampling is an additional $125 per sample due to lab fees and testing media.
